“ Ordered through DoorDash. The food was delicious. I do wish there was a bit more chicken in my dish. The only thing I would change is if they cut out all the gross stuff in the meat so I didn't bite down on stuff I couldn't see in the sauce. It's a turn off to bite into hard stuff. Otherwise this place was wonderful. ”
“ Had dinner here on a Wednesday a few weeks ago. We were the only people there, but it was still a nice atmosphere. The tv was playing music videos in another language and it set a nice vibe. Our server was very attentive and patient while we asked a lot of questions about all of the dishes. We like Indian food a lot but with their great dinner for 2 deal, we decided to be a little adventurous with our choices. Seriously, you get so much food for $70, it made enough for both of us to have a full meal as leftovers as well. And let me tell you, I think this was the best Indian food I've ever tasted. The saag paneer stood out as the most amazing saag I've ever tasted. The lamb curry was perfectly spiced, the naan was rich and the perfect accompaniment to all the sauces. The tandoori chicken was so flavorful and the samosas were a delicious starter that we coated in the sauces that came with the small cracker starter they brought out. I may not be super familiar with all Indian dishes, but I could eat that food at least once a week, it was so good. The soft drink that comes with the meal is just a 12oz can, which is great with this meal where you're already getting so much food. I would not want to pay $3 for it on its own, so I really hope that's not what they serve when someone just wants a soda. But otherwise, A+ all around. I can't wait to go back. ”
“ The tandoori chicken, butter chicken and rice were soooo good. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you like authentic Indian cuisine! ”
“ Everything was cooked SO well. The chicken tikka masala was tender and very flavorful. Mango lassi was refreshing and yummy. Vegetable samosas were flaky on the outside and dense and delicious inside. Definitely recommend. ”
“ We arrived at Aadar Indian Bistro around 4 pm for a late lunch and were impressed with the quick service. For starters, we had the mushroom pakora, which was perfectly crispy and paired well with the chutneys; along with Mango lassi. For the main course, we enjoyed the tandoori roti, olive naan, and dal makhni--all were absolutely delicious. A great spot for flavorful Indian cuisine, and we would definitely come again. ”
“ We came here for lunch the other day and it was excellent. The service was friendly and quick. The food was all delicious. The naan was soft and had a nice chew. The chicken and lamb were terrific and both gravy's had amazing flavor. If you are looking for good Indian in Fresno area give Aadar a try! ”
“ Outstanding food and service. That pretty much covers it. I am usually a quick decider when it comes to choosing food from a menu, but I took a long time here because I didn't want to narrow it down. I wanted so many things. I ended up with a plate of wonderfulness which was presented beautifully in a partitioned tray. My only complaints here were that the music channel on all of the TVs was too loud and the temperature in the restaurant was too cold and coupled with ceiling fans on high. ”
“ A wide selection of traditional Indian dishes and street food that will satisfy your Indian food loving tastebuds. We ordered the garlic naan, veggie samosa chaat, Aloo Gobi, tandoori chicken, vege biryani and of course the classic butter chicken. Though none were the best I have eaten, all dishes were executed well and the chicken in both dishes was tender. The butter chicken had the lovely garlic & ginger base you expect though seemed to be missing the fenugreek that usually takes this dish over the top for me. I appreciated that the tandoori chicken was available in a half order because as always, I ordered more than I could eat. Though my family was more than happy to eat the leftovers I brought home! Ambiance is casual with simple decor that allows the food to be the main attraction. Our server was especially patient with us and gave my friend and I the space we needed to connect. After a 4 hour lunch, my heart was full and belly satisfied. ”
“ Naan was delicious. Food was good. Unfortunately service could have been better. They seem sort of new? so I will give them a chance to improve. The way they asked my friend if she wanted garlic naan after she stated what entree she wanted, she did not know it was an extra charge. Neither did they inform us of the extra charge when they asked if we wanted butter on the naan. The young man who also was checking in on us checked in a little too aggressively. I don't think he meant to, maybe it was because we were the only ones there and there was nothing else for him to do, but after the third check-in I started feeling like he wanted us to hurry and get out of there. Once or twice like "can I get anyone more water?" Would have been enough. I'm torn about how many stars to give this review. Food was great. Service could have been better. 3.5 ”
